Forex trading that is foreign exchange trading is a continuous process. In the Foreign exchange market currencies can be traded 24 hours a day. The usual working time of the Forex market starts from Sunday afternoon EST* (Eastern Standard Time) and ends on Friday afternoon EST.

So, when you try to determine the best time to trade the Forex market this. The best time to Forex trading is when the market is the most active and therefore has the biggest volume of trades. More active currency moves will create a good chance to catch the trade and make some profit.

Forex Trading session starts in New Zealand, then Australia which is followed by Asia (Japan to be particular), then Middle East, then Europe (its financial center is London) and then America. At around 5 am, the Forex trading session stops in Asia. On the other hand the market in Europe is at its busiest time at that time. In USA the Forex trading starts at 8 am in New York, at the same time when the European market is about to come to a close. After that the Australians wake up again in Sidney and complete one full trading day.
Forex Trading Hours the EURO and US Dollar between 8 am and 12 am (EST) is expected to produce good results. This is because at that time European and American markets are simultaneously active. Also 1 am to 3 am EST is a good Forex time. At that time the European markets wake up while Asian markets come to a close.
